About Pitch-A-Friend

Pitch-A-Friend is a fun, and low-pressure singles event where people can either pitch a friend or just show up and mingle. It’s matchmaking with a twist - the friend does the hyping, the single gets the spotlight, and everyone walks away having had a good time (and maybe a few numbers). We’re expanding to new cities and looking for friendly, organized, and all-around awesome people to help us build the local scene. If you’re the kind of person who throws the best dinner parties, knows everyone in town, and has a soft spot for love stories - this opportunity is for you.

What You’ll Do

As the City Organizer, you're the beating heart of your chapter for your specific territory. You’ll work locally and with our headquarter team to bring events to life and build a welcoming, inclusive local community. Your responsibilities include:

• Plan & Host Events: Secure venues, manage the pitch list, coordinate day-of logistics, and keep the vibes high.
• Community Building: Promote the event through local channels and social media, engage with attendees and pitchers, and make everyone feel at home.
• Pitch Wrangler: Encourage people to sign up to pitch, help them prep if needed, and be their cheerleader.
• Brand Ambassador: Represent Pitch-A-Friend in your city and ensure the event aligns with our inclusive and fun spirit.
• Partner Outreach: (Optional but awesome) Bring in local sponsors, raffle partners, and other collaborations to enhance your events.
